World Anaesthesia Day 2017
On the occasion of the 2017 World Anaesthesia Day, we take this opportunity to highlight some of the key papers to appear in the British Journal of Anaesthesia over the years of major importance to the field of anaesthesia. The 25 articles were selected based on their novelty, significance and impact as reflected in their frequent citation in the literature as well as importance to the practice of anaesthesia, critical care and pain medicine.
